Booking and Payment Conditions
The payment for our services can be done by bank card.
To proceed with the payment, you should choose the tour you would like to book, send to us request via Booking request form, to e-mail tours@natura-tourism.com or in any massenger (Whats app, Viber, Botim, Telegram) to number +375 29 1389706.
We will contact you within 4 hours to confirm booking details, after that we will send you via e-mail a payment link. After clicking this link you will be redirected to the processing page of bepaid system. On the payment page you will find your booking nu,mber and the amount you should pay. To proceed with the payment you should enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking "PAY" button. If your card supports 3-D Secure technology, the system will offer you to go through
standard one-minute cardholder verification procedure on your bank's page (the bank that issued your card).
In case of successful payment you will be redirected to the following page. In case of unsuccessful payment you will be informed as well.
After receiving the payment, our manager will contact you to send a booking confirmation, receive additional details we may require (flight details, for example) and answer any questins you may have. Please note that after processing the payment you will receive a payment confirmation to provided e-mail address. You should save your payment details. We accept payments through the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Belcard, MIR.
Payments by bank cards are made through the bePaid electronic payment system.The payment page of the bePaid system responds all data transmission security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All the confidential data is stored in encrypted form and is highly resistant to hacking. Access to
authorization pages is carried out using a protocol that ensures secure data transmission on the Internet (SSL/TLS).
Refunds are made to the card from which the payment was previously made.
Refunds
ِAccoring to the clause 17.4 of Public Agreement The Customer has the right to cancel the booking and such cancellation will subject to payment of the actual costs incurred by Natura Tourism LLC.
The refund amount is calculated as follows: actual expenses incurred by Natura Tourism LLC are deducted from the payment from the payment amount. The calculated amount will be refunded to the Customer to the card from which the payment was previously made. The period for receipt of funds on the card is from 1 to 30 days from the date of refund processed by Natura Tourism LLC.
